AFP is united in our commitment to the successful inclusion of people with developmental disabilities into the mainstream of American life, including fully integrated employment. By bringing together the many voices in our organizations dedicated to this cause, we will work together to make this vision a reality.
We want to make sure that our voices are heard. That’s why we have created an AFP Speaker’s Bureau. This Speaker’s Bureau is made up of a diverse range of leaders and contributors within our organization who are respected experts and leaders in the developmental disabilities field. The members of the AFP Speaker’s Bureau are available to speak to the media and the public on a variety of developmental disabilities topics and can act as expert sources of information when you need them most. Our speakers are some of the foremost decision makers, opinion leaders, activists, self-advocates, influencers and change agents in the developmental disabilities field.
